1. Return Policy
- You may return items within 07 days of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition as you received them
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Please include a copy of the invoice along with the returned items.
- Clearly mention the reason for return to help us improve our service.
2. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the same process as returns. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
3. Shipping Charges for Returns & Exchanges

- We recommend using a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) for all returns to ensure safe transit.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned products.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used during checkout.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
5. Sale Items
- Products purchased on sale are non-refundable.
- However, sale items may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to availability.
- Please double-check your size and color selection before placing an order for sale items.
6. Steps to Return or Exchange Your Items
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Contact us to initiate a return or exchange. Please provide your:

- Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Repack Your Merchandise
- Place the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging.
- Include a copy of the invoice inside the package.
- Ensure the package is securely sealed.
Step 3: Ship to Our Address
Send the package via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) to our address.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
7. Important Notes
- Items must be returned within 07 days of delivery. Returns received after this period may not be accepted.
- We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return is processed.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g., underwear, swimwear, or accessories) may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description for specific restrictions.
